Refund and Return Policy for BR Tactical Solutions Last Updated: June 2026

At BR Tactical Solutions, we hold our inventory, fulfillment workflows, and training schedules to an absolute professional standard. Please review our industry-compliant guidelines regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds:

1. Firearms, NFA Items, and Ammunition (All Sales Final)

  • Firearms & NFA/Class 3 items: All sales of firearms, silencers, lower receivers, and specialized NFA items are strictly final. Once a firearm leaves our distributor warehouse or our facility, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • Failed Background Checks: If a buyer purchases a firearm on this website and subsequently fails the federal background check (Form 4473) at their receiving FFL dealer, the purchase cannot be refunded. It is the buyer’s absolute responsibility to ensure legal eligibility prior to procurement.
  • Ammunition: Due to strict federal safety regulations and supply-chain tracking controls, all ammunition sales are completely final and non-returnable.

2. Accessories and Tactical Equipment

  • Standard, non-regulated gear (optics, holsters, armor components, tools) may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
  • Items must be 100% unaltered, unopened, in original factory packaging, and include all manufacturing documentation.
  • The buyer assumes all return shipping fees. Approved returns are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee to cover warehouse processing costs.

3. Training Courses and Consulting Services

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to a scheduled private firearm safety class or consultation session will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or “no-shows” on the range/office, are completely non-refundable.
