Shipping and FFL Policy

Shipping, FFL Transfer, and State Restrictions Policy Last Updated: June 2026

BR Tactical Solutions strictly adheres to the Gun Control Act of 1968, ATF regulations, and all regional distributor fulfillment constraints.

1. Firearm Shipping Constraints (FFL Transfers Only)

  • No Direct Consumer Shipments: We do not ship firearms, receivers, or regulated frames directly to an individual’s home or business address.
  • Licensed Dealer Routing: All firearms must ship to a verified Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Our checkout system uses automated lookups to help you choose an FFL agent near you.
  • Transfer Coordination: The buyer assumes all responsibility for contacting their chosen receiving FFL to verify transfer fees and confirm acceptance of the inbound shipment.

2. Geographic Shipping and Product Restrictions Due to complex state and local statutes, we do not ship certain product categories to the following jurisdictions. Orders placed from these areas violating these terms will be immediately canceled and subject to a restocking penalty.

  • California: No suppressors/NFA items, no third-party fulfilled or dropshipped ammunition, and no magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds. Only handguns explicitly listed on the CA DOJ Roster will be shipped. No complete, stripped, or assembled AR/AK lower receivers or non-compliant semi-automatic rifles.
  • New York: No body armor, no stripped or complete AR lower receivers, and no magazines with a capacity greater than 10 rounds. Semiautomatic rifles and handguns must strictly match NY SAFE Act compliance profiles. No dropshipped ammunition to private residences.
  • Washington State: No parts kits, build kits, complete uppers, or stripped/complete lower receivers. No magazines with a capacity exceeding 10 rounds, and no threaded barrels on pistols or rifles.
  • Illinois: No rifle or pistol magazines over 10 rounds in capacity. No rifle/pistol build kits for the AR platform, and no 80% blanks. Absolutely no shipments of any kind are routed to Chicago boundaries.
  • Maryland: Handguns must be explicitly listed on the Maryland Handgun Roster. No complete or stripped AR/AK lower receivers, no binary triggers, and no magazines with a capacity larger than 10 rounds.
  • Massachusetts: No 80% blanks, no binary triggers, and no magazines with a capacity exceeding 10 rounds. No firearm or parts shipments of any kind are processed for Massachusetts residents.
  • Delaware: No completed AR-style lower receivers or fully assembled AR/AK rifles or pistols. No magazines over 17 rounds and no binary triggers.
  • Washington D.C.: No 80% blanks, no binary triggers, and absolutely no magazines of any kind.
  • Rhode Island: No magazines over 10 rounds, no binary triggers, and no 80% blanks.

3. Shipping Speeds and Processing Because we utilize automated distribution protocols via FFL Cockpit, orders are routed directly to our wholesale warehouses for immediate fulfillment. Standard shipping times for firearms and accessories generally range from 3 to 7 business days. Fully tracked shipping numbers will be automatically injected into your user dashboard as soon as the carrier leaves the loading dock.
